Anti Fraud Screening
To combat possible fraudulent orders, MediaBag incorporates routine anti-fraud
procedures. All orders must pass through these procedures before they are passed.
The following is a summary of the procedures we have in place. Before placing your hosting order with MediaBag, please ensure that you read this section carefully so that your order will not be unnecessarily invalidated.
- Do not use free email addresses like hotmail, yahoo etc. This will automatically
invalidate your order.
- Do not use anonymous proxies or any other proxy. Any orders placed in this way will be rejected.
- During the ordering process, you will be asked to provide your contact telephone
number. We will call this number to validate that the person making the order is genuine.
Invalid phone numbers will automatically mean that orders will be rejected.
- We may ask you to forward us copies of photographic ID, for example a current driving
license or passport. If we do not receive the requested documentation then your order will
be rejected.
- If moving an existing domain to us then we reserve the right to contact your previous
host to ensure that you have been an honourable customer.
- If we suspect that your motives for hosting would be against our
terms of service then we reserve the right to refuse orders.
- At all times MediaBag reserves this right to refuse. By signing up for MediaBag’s service then you agree that in such circumstances no reason for refusal will be offered by MediaBag.
